CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To respect the time of our staff and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $50. • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $20 rescheduling fee. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us serve all of our clients efficiently.
